After some months of not working with a long time client, Lynne called one evening while she was out of town on holiday. Her computer was throwing off a number of strange messages and then crashing. She was frantically trying to get her email for a business transaction that was coming to a close the next morning.
During her last service, we added a program that allows us to remote in for support. We walked through a couple steps and in no time, we were able to determine the problem. Lynne had a virus.
We were able to identify and fix the main issues and she was able to get her email and close her transaction.
Remember that your PC is like a car and “tune-ups” are a must.
